MJSC (Pty) Ltd was established in 2017 through the drive and passion to assist Businesses in both Compliance as well as Operational effectiveness. In 2019, MJSC Pro Ltd was established to grow the business from a South African entity, to now include a global vision and service offering.

Our Aim has always been to provide every Business that engages with us, with that personal touch and ensure that the Business thrives, saves money and focuses on their core functions.

We have been blessed in growing in the Market to become a leader in the industry, whilst remaining professional, ethical and driven to success and make a difference.

Our services has been expanded from Human Resources support to full Legal Services with an Attorney on-board, ensuring that a “one-stop” service can be provided professionally and most of all, cost effectively.

Drina Meyer-Jardine

CEO

Drina is the CEO and Shareholder for the Group with extensive experience in the fields of Business Advisory, Human Resources and Employee Relations. She has a B.Com with various other qualifications including Project Management, Human Resources and Occupational Health and Safety.

She is currently in her 3rd year of studies, LLB (Hons) at the University of Essex.

She is also a Certified Management Consultant with IMCSA.

Kevin Bodley

Kevin is an admitted Attorney and has in excess of 8 years experience in litigation, including Contract Law, Criminal Law, Business Law, Labour Law, Debt Collecting, etc.

He has his LLB from the University of Johannesburg.

Kevin manages and handles all Legal Matters at the CCMA, with clients, Unions and Bargaining Councils.

Elsmarie Marais

Elsmarie has been the cornerstone of excellence for internal and client Human Capital Management Support Services.

She has a Diploma in HR and have attended several Labour Relations webinars to which she strives to become part of the IR Team.

She has several staff members under her management and conducts site visits to client to ensure customer satisfaction.

Natasha Meyer-Jardine

Natasha is the CFO for the Group with extensive experience in the fields Finance and Payroll.

She is currently busy with her CIMA qualification and has completed several studies in Payroll and is deemed a specialist.

She has a qualification for several systems with the latest being QuickBooks Online Advisor.
