Drina is the CEO and Shareholder for the Group (both South Africa and United Kingdom) with extensive experience in the fields of Business Advisory, Executive Human Resources Management and Employee Relations / Labour Relations. She has a BCom with various other qualifications including Project Management, Human Resources Management, Labour Law and Occupational Health and Safety.

She has completed her LLB (Hons) from the University of Essex.

She is a Certified Management Consultant with IMCSA, BNI President, The Lekker Network Founding Member and form part of several Business Chambers and Networks

Natasha Meyer-Jardine

Chief Finance Officer (SA and UK)

Natasha is the CFO for the Group with extensive experience in the fields Finance and Payroll.

She is in the process of completing her CIMA qualification and has completed several studies in Payroll and is deemed a specialist.

She is registered as a QuickBooks Advisor and works closely with the Company Accountant on all matters.

Senior Bookkeeper & Office Manager

Elise has completed her Bookkeeping training and has the responsibility of managing the Finance Team with promulgations, approvals and checking of client work. She is responsible for United Kingdom client books and checking of South African clerks.

She is the frontline contact for the Business and has been the cornerstone of the Business / Office Management.

Elise is hoping to extend her training under Natasha and the Accountants in order to one day manage the Financial Operations.
